Occurrence of events
The Civil Guard, as a result of citizen collaboration, on September 3 at 18:40 p.m. received notice from the Service Operational Center (COS), alerting that two minors were alone in the home and that one of them had attacked the other.
The Civil Guard responded to the events that occurred immediately and went to the home, with an ambulance on site attending to the minor who had suffered minor bites on his wrists.
They are two minor brothers, a 13-year-old who has autism and his 14-year-old sister, who live with their mother and a 21-year-old brother. The two minors were in the custody of their older brother, who works, and at 10:00 the same day he left to go to work, leaving the two minors alone all day, because their mother had left the home as He usually does it from day 2 at night.
