The Cordial Hotels & Resorts chain confirmed this Wednesday that it has added the Apartamentos Cordial El Palmar to its portfolio. The four-star complex is located less than 200 meters from Playa del Inglés beach. The property features 77 apartments equipped with integrated kitchens. Amenities include a breakfast area, spa, gym, sauna, and a chill-out zone with a pool and solarium on the top floor.
The hotel offers panoramic views of the Maspalomas Dunes from its rooftop terrace. Its location provides direct access to the main avenue and the surrounding urban area's restaurants and leisure activities. The company's CEO, Nicolás Villalobos, notes that this development is part of the chain's expansion in southern Gran Canaria. The complex combines spacious accommodations with proximity to the coast and amenities designed for relaxation.
