The Canary Islands Government's Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 112 received the alert at 10:56 a.m. , reporting the motorcyclist's fall. The Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) dispatched a medical ambulance , a basic life support ambulance, and a medical helicopter. The doctor and nurse from the Tunte Health Center , who traveled in the basic life support ambulance, provided initial treatment to the injured motorcyclist, who had a serious fracture in a lower limb, barring complications.
Following initial assistance, the motorcyclist was airlifted by the SUC (Canary Islands Emergency Service) medical helicopter to the University Hospital of Gran Canaria . Local Police and Civil Guard officers also participated in the operation , securing the area to allow the helicopter to land and handling the corresponding procedures. Officers from the Canary Islands General Police Corps , who alerted emergency services (112) about the accident, also assisted to ensure the helicopter's safe landing.
