The investigation was carried out by officers from the Local Judicial Police Brigade of the Maspalomas Police Station , after detecting the possible activity of a property being used for street-level drug sales. For several weeks, investigators conducted surveillance that allowed them to observe a constant flow of buyers, identify those involved, and seize narcotics from several users, thus confirming the illegal activity.

After gathering the necessary evidence, officers carried out a search of the main suspect's home. Inside, they found approximately 124 grams of cocaine , 55 grams of methamphetamine , 11 grams of ketamine , 28 grams of mephedrone , 31,5 grams of tusi (2CB) , and 1,5 grams of marijuana , as well as €4.030 in cash , precision scales, and various materials used to prepare doses for distribution.
